Aperol Pop Up

The Situation 

Aperol approached Less Than 3 to design a vibrant pop-up bar for their event at Eataly New York Downtown. The objective was to create a lively, eye-catching environment that encapsulated the essence of a classic Aperol party, ensuring plenty of social media-friendly photo opportunities.

The Creative Concept 

We developed a design centered around a colorful backdrop that embodied the Aperol brand's energetic and festive spirit. The main bar was customized with bright, bold colors and branding elements to enhance the party atmosphere. Strategic photo opportunities were integrated throughout the space to encourage guests to tag the event on social media, amplifying the brand's presence online.

The Result 

The Aperol pop-up bar became a hit, drawing in crowds with its vibrant and inviting setup. The customized bar and numerous photo opportunities created an engaging experience that guests eagerly shared on social media, boosting the event's visibility. This successful execution highlighted the brand's identity and ensured a memorable event for all attendees.
