The Situation: Upon assuming responsibility for the seasonal iteration of Serra by Birreria's rooftop restaurant, we encountered an awkwardly positioned area that couldn't be utilized for dining due to its proximity to a waiter pass. The challenge was to repurpose this space in a way that enhanced the overall concept while remaining unused by diners.

The Creative Concept: After observing the restaurant during service, we identified the area as ideal for a drink lounge, complementing the bar experience and enhancing the decor without requiring service or bussing attention. This transformation resulted in a captivating lounge space that quickly became popular among influencers. Subsequently, the space was adapted seasonally, transitioning from flowery and frilly seating around a blooming flower-bed in the spring to a rustic, cozy, candle-lit corner in the winter.

The Result: By repurposing the unused space into a stylish lounge area, Serra by Birreria gained an additional attraction that added charm to the overall dining experience. The seasonal transformations ensured that the lounge remained relevant and engaging, providing guests with a versatile and memorable environment to enjoy drinks and socialize.
