The Situation: Eataly Chicago boasts two primary entrances: the main store entrance and a welcoming Italian piazza on the first floor. The challenge was to ensure both entrances provided a seasonal and inviting experience for all visitors.

The Creative Concept: To unify the spaces, we utilized natural elements to evoke seasonality and created photo-worthy moments for social media engagement. Following the contours of the escalator, we guided guests towards the piazza, immersing them in a lush garden atmosphere. Seasonal enhancements like benches, 3D elements for fall, stencil snowflakes for winter, and a captivating neon sign added charm and visual appeal.

The Result: The redesign successfully transformed both entrances into dynamic, seasonal showcases. Guests now experience a seamless transition from the bustling city streets to a serene Italian-inspired oasis, enhancing their overall Eataly experience.
